1. We only accept returns if the product received is damaged or defective. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for texture variations, delays caused by customs or couriers, or minor differences in stone color due to the natural material. Items with incorrect ring sizes or errors in the address provided by the customer are not eligible for returns, replacements, or exchanges.
2. If a quality issue arises, customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the package.
3. Refunds will be processed once the item is returned in its original, unused condition
4. A 10% non-refundable transaction fee deducted.
5. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
